Coaching
Personal effectiveness coaching and leadership coaching for individuals,
change agents, leaders, and coaches.
Forums
Coaching and Leadership Forums offer participants the opportunity to
engage and personally explore common struggles. Participants leave with
a fresh perspective on the struggle and a greater understanding of how
to work with the struggle in their own life. There is no cost
for participation in forums.
Workshops
Several half-day to four day workshops on coaching, leading, and catalyzing
change in organizations.
Leading with Spirit Course
A year-long course focused on expanding the effectiveness and fulfillment
of leaders. Participants engage in four group sessions and one-on-one
leadership coaching during the year.
Consulting
Integral consulting for leaders faced with improving organizational
performance, business results, and the satisfaction of employees and
customers alike.
