Leading with Spirit is an intensive year-long course for leaders -
executives, managers, and change agents - who see leading as fulfilling
their life
purpose. Participants will deepen their practice, expand their effectiveness,
and explore leadership as their calling in life. The course meets four
times, each for four days. Participants will receive a customized leadership
development program. Monthly one-on-one leadership coaching is provided
for the duration of the course. Written assignments are due before
each
meeting.
Many leadership development programs are multi-day workshops that pump
participants full of models, techniques, and other information that
are great but difficult to put into action given the typicalyl frenetic,
busy, and demanding worklife of leaders. Leaders rarely have the luxury
of stopping to think about what to do next and use new models. Real
leadership development comes from developing our way of being leaders.
Of course, Leading with Spirit also provides you with new models of
leading and organizing that aid your understanding of challenges that
you face.

What results can participant's expect from completing this course?
What materials are distributed to participants?
Participants select and receive ten books from our Leader's Library,
a workbook containing all of the content and exerciess, other supporting
books, and an Integral
Leader's Handbook containing
models, leader and organizational assessments, self and group observations,
and practices for leadership and
organizational development.
Prerequisites
You may register for Leading with Spirit if you have previously completed
Leading to Excellence or Coaching
to Excellence.
Tuition
The tuition for this course is $7000, $500 of which is required as a
nonrefundable registration fee. The full tuition must be paid prior
to the start of the workshop. If you withdraw from the course prior
to the start, you can either transfer your credit (paid tuition minus
the nonrefundable registration fee) to another course or receive a refund
check.
Payment by installment is possible but includes an additional finance
fee of $400. 12 monthly payments of $575 are due on either the first
or fifteenth of each month, your choice.
