Effectiveness and Leadership Coaching
One-on-one
coaching is available for leaders, individuals, change agents, and coaches.
The aim of coaching is to expand your effectiveness and fulfillment in a
specific aspect of work or life. Coaching starts with a relationship of
mutual trust, respect, and freedom of expression between the coach and the
client. This relationship forms the essential foundation for successful
coaching.

There are five steps to starting the coaching work.
- You contact me to setup
a face-to-face or phone meeting
- We establish that we can work together
- We conduct an assessment and I create a coaching proposal
- You accept or decline the proposal
- If the proposal is acceptable, then we begin the coaching
work
The coaching program is customized for you and typically
includes practices, self-observations, journaling, and readings that generate
new knowledge about yourself, the world, and how you relate to the world.
Embodying this new understanding builds your capability to be effective
and experience fulfillment in the aspect or work or life we are focusing
on. Coaching programs are typically four to twelve months long.
The practices, self-observations, and readings may challenge you. We will
work together to address your breakdowns as they occur. Breakdowns offer
you the opportunity to deepen your understanding and build new capabilities
if they are explored rather than avoided. I offer support and coaching through
these challenging moments.
I recognize that you are always already in the midst of your life. I don't
require that you put your life on hold while we are working together. My
experience is that sustainable change in your way of being can only
occur if our coaching work is engaged in as part of your life. |
